As for the form on the personal data, we would not be filling up the form through the "Google Form" already as it is confidential information thus Ms Teo would be confirming with us our personal information either tomorrow morning or on Thursday during the IPW or ADV/ASSB period. Please do get your AUP signed and pass it up to me tomorrow morning in the hall.
